"State of Extremes"

"State of Extremes: Guide to the Wild Weather of South Dakota" was published in 1995 (Pine Hill Press, ISBN 0-9648410-05-3). While no longer in print, it is available in many regional libraries. The book contains several timeless stories about the wide variety of weather experienced in the state.
